| This is the Hilton Chicago gingerbread hotel model and Chicago skyline. It took 270 hours to make using 380 pounds of flour, 280 pounds of powdered sugar, 40 pounds of egg whites, 16 pounds of ginger,and 12 pounds of cinnamon! |
