Summer at the Library

It was another summer filled with library visits. Clearly I didn't focus on picture taking, but this fun one captures Danny during a worm race! Boys' reading skills have sky rocketed. Ryan read through his first chapter book this summer. Danny is recognizing and sounding out words like a rockstar too. Ryan and Danny both have a voracious appetite for books about superheroes and Legos, and our old favorite Mr. Putter and Tabby still reigns triumphant. Natalie, too, loves books! Her favorite series right now is Mercy Watson. Probably because Mercy the pig loves toast with a great deal of butter on it.  Natalie could live on bread and butter.
